Terms of Service — SMS Marketing Program

These Terms of Service govern your enrollment in the Restora Aesthetics SMS marketing program. By opting in to receive text messages from Restora Aesthetics, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. ABOUT THE SMS MARKETING PROGRAM

Restora Aesthetics ("we," "us," or "our"), a medical aesthetics clinic operated by Dr. Kenia Carreras and located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, operates an SMS marketing program through Shopify Messaging to communicate with customers who have opted in to receive text messages.

By subscribing to our SMS marketing program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Restora Aesthetics at the mobile phone number you provided at the time of opt-in.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency may vary. You can expect to receive approximately 1–2 SMS messages per month from Restora Aesthetics. Messages may include:

  • Promotions and special offers on aesthetic treatments and services
  • Announcements about new services, products, or events
  • Appointment reminders and follow-up communications
  • Seasonal campaigns and exclusive subscriber benefits

Message frequency: 1–2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of this program. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Restora Aesthetics. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging and data plan before opting in.

Restora Aesthetics is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with your participation in this SMS program.

4. HOW TO OPT IN

You may opt in to the Restora Aesthetics SMS marketing program through one or more of the following methods:

  • Providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages through our website at restoraaesthetics.com
  • Completing a physical or digital opt-in form at our clinic
  • Providing your phone number during appointment booking with explicit consent to receive SMS marketing

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the mobile phone number provided, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

5. HOW TO OPT OUT (UNSUBSCRIBE)

You may unsubscribe from our SMS marketing program at any time. To opt out, use any of the following methods:

  • Text Message: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us.
  • Email: Contact us at info@restoraaesthetics.com and request to be removed from the SMS list.
  • Phone: Call us at 787-604-0436 and request to be removed from the SMS list.
  • In Person: Visit our clinic at 635 C. Hillside, San Juan, Puerto Rico and speak with a staff member.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. You will not receive any further marketing messages unless you opt in again. Opting out of SMS marketing does not affect your ability to receive transactional messages related to your appointments or services.

7. ELIGIBLE RECIPIENTS AND GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE

This SMS marketing program is available to customers located in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, per carrier restrictions). If you are located in Puerto Rico, you may still receive communications from us through other channels, including email and direct calls.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this SMS marketing program. By opting in, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

8. NATURE OF SMS CONTENT

All SMS messages sent by Restora Aesthetics will be related to our medical aesthetics services and will comply with all applicable content regulations. Our messages will never contain:

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading information
  • Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive language
  • Content related to alcohol, gambling, firearms, or illegal substances
  • Unsolicited third-party promotions or lead generation content
  • Sexually explicit or inappropriate material

All message content will be directly related to the services, promotions, and communications of Restora Aesthetics.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By participating in this SMS program, you acknowledge that your mobile phone number and related personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at restoraaesthetics.com/privacy-policy.

Your information may be shared with Shopify and its messaging service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages on our behalf. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@restoraaesthetics.com.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW

This SMS marketing program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other applicable federal and local regulations governing electronic marketing communications.

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded marketing text messages from Restora Aesthetics. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Restora Aesthetics reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active SMS subscribers of any material changes by sending a message to the phone number on file or by posting the updated terms at restoraaesthetics.com. Continued participation in the SMS program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
